SELLING CONNECTION,COLLECTING MONEY

SALES EXEC SOLD 6 CONNECTIONS ON 15 MARCH-10. THEY TOOK 6 CHEQUES OF RS.500/- EACH WITH AN ASSURANCE THAT THEY WILL DEPOSIT POST INSTLLN. BUT TO OUR SURPRISE, CHEQUES WERE DEBITED FROM OUR ACCOUNT ON 20-MARCH-10. BUT TILL DATE NO INSTALLN IS DONE. AFTER A HELL LOT OF FOLLOW-UP, USELESS CHAPS FROM THE COMPANY ARE NOT DOING ANY THING. BUT TO OUR SHOCK, 2 CONNECTIONS WERE SOLD AT PLACES WHERE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY NETWORK.


SUCH ARE THE CHEATERS IN THE TIKONA COMPANY. RIGHT FROM SALES STAFF TO THE CORE MGMT PEOPLE-ALL ARE LOOTERS.


WE ARE FOLLOWING UP SINCE 1 YEAR FOR REFUND BUT THE COMPANY HAS NO FUND OF RS.3000/- TO PROCESS THE REFUND.


GO WITHOUT INTERNET BUT DONT EVER GO FOR TIKONA. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, THEY HAVE NAMED THE ORGANISATION TO WHICH THEY STAND-TIKONA. I WONDER HOW THEY WILL TIKOFY IN MARKET.
