This is the worst service I have ever seen.
From past 7 days my internet connection is not working but no service engineer has yet visited my place.
After raising service request there is no response from there side. Even after escalating issue there is no at all response. No callbacks from CC team. Shamefull! I had to give zero as rating but that’s not in option, so had to give one.
PS: DONT BUY TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE IF U WANNA USE INTERNET
