Tikona knows very well how to cheat their customers. Last year I faced lot of connectivity issues with my Tikona WiBro. I report the complaint many times at their customer care but of no use.
Finally I asked them to terminate the services.
They didnt pay any attention to my request. After 2 months I got a legal notice from them to pay the bills even though I had all my bills paid at the time when I asked for the termination of services.
I even returned their modem for which I paid Rs. 1000 at the time of installation and they didnt refund anything for it.
Tikona has worst service and the worst people.
