They cheated me from the first day , I got a connection .Told me they offer wireless service only up to my house, to have wireless service within my house ie wifi I needed to pay more!
I agreed to pay more due to the lack of other providers at that location.When I planned to moove from that house I obviously didnt want to take this scam connection along with me. Btw their service is horrible frequent disconnections horrible call center etc. Anyway I called the customer care to disconnect my connection for over 2 weeks but they kept transferring my calls but never disconnected or came to collect the modem.
I sent them an email saying I’m not responsible for their stuff as they didnt collect it and left that house.This was 2 years ago, ever since then I get regular calls from them through fake lawyers etc asking for money which I don’t owe them as all their bills are advance and I have paid everything. Bills after I left the place are all fake and I don’t accept them.
So I have learned to live with these calls and is nice if you feel like abusing someone now and then.But I really hope this company goes bankrupt soon or their whole management is arrested and I have a feeling this mafia company will go down soon
