Faltu net loge to fasoge yaar. Jaise ki me fasa hu leke. I am facing big challenges getting support to a technical request raised to Tikona care. It’s been 2 complete days I have net down and I am only doing follow ups but no solution. Speed is always slow. They are promising to give a speed of 300 kbps as per my plan i.e. ful599 and giving 0 to 250 kbps mostly it is fluctuating from 0 to 140 kbps. Which means they are giving the half speed and grabbing the money or 300 kbps speed.


When the rule from TRAI is problem unsolved for more than 3 days than the bill will be waived. But in my case they have not solved the problem and asking to pay the bill till then your account is blocked. For speed they are saying "HUM LOG BEST SPEED PROVIDE KARTE HAI(I.E SPEED FROM 0 TO 140 KBPS) AGAR APKO CHAHIYE TO CONNECTION CHALU RAKHO NAHI TO DISCONNECT KARA" this is the attitude.
