Tikona is the worst ISP I have come across in my entire life. Though the plans are cheap compared to other ISP’s but the connection is very unreliable. They have huge packet loss issues throughout the day(see attached pic) and have 25-30% packet loss at any given time on any given node.
My sincere suggestion is to avoid Tikona if you have an option for wired broadband at your place. Unfortunately, the society that I live in doesn’t allow any cables from ISP’s hence I am stuck with this wireless option of Tikona but regret it every time I use it.
