Very Bad. I will never recommend

Our residence is a grated community and we have taken 20+ Tikona connections. And within 3 months, every one has discontinued Tikona.


Reasons are multiple:


1) Bad connectivity, connectivity will be lost 4 to 5 times in a day itself


2) If connectivity itself is bad, then no need to mention about speed. Sometime assured speed(4mbps) comes but most of the times it would even reach 100 kbps.


Deactivation of Tikona is hectic process.If you want to disconnect, they say it takes 15 days, but they will take more than 30 days to disconnect. They will search for every possible reason to cancel the Disconnection request.


Overall, Tikona cheated us. They know that the our area doesn’t get good signal and in spite of that they gave us the connection and very much reluctant to deactivate while bill will come as usual.


I will never recommend Tikona
