I have been using Tikona for the last 3 months. This is the worst broadband service I have ever come across. I will never recommend this to anybody. They promise the speed of 2 MB but I have never got download speed beyond 200KB and Upload speed beyond 80KB. The Customer service is pathetic and it take min of 30 min to get through and even after getting through the line gets disconnected by the support personnel
I had called tikona after seeing the advt., the sales person came at the right time and they had the demo set and showed me the demo and said that the speed would be 2 MBPS after installation and was promised delivery the same day. The installation person came very late in the night and installed the normal modem as they did not have wireless modem in their stock. After calling them every day and numerous threats of 10 days I got the wireless modem. The person came to install the modem said the speed would be 2MB but when checked found the download speed was only 400KB and Upload speed was 60KB. He said he would check and get back. I am still waiting for him to get back.......
