I took a new Tikona broadband connection with 5GB free plan. It worked only the time, their engineer installed. Once he left, it stopped working. Immediately I made a call to their support toll free number & they told that it will be rectified within 24 hours. Next day morning, in fact I got a SMS that within 8 Hours it will be done. To my strange, till evening nothing happened. I again made a call to support number. They repeated the same thing that it will be done on urgent basis. This is the consecutive 5th day making calls to their call center & still the same reply.
Today I mailed this to their nodal head (got mail id from tikona website) & to my strange, even he mailed back with the same thing - will be contacted by their support team on urgent basis.
I think if any complaint reaches to the seniors, immediately at least somebody supposed to call the customer. I was thinking that Sify is bad but Tikona is even worst.
