They will cheat you in every aspect. This broadband is worst in all aspects. Customer care is pathetic. I’ll tell you. Please refrain from this. You’ll repent later. They do not have proper Customer Care, faulty billing system, faulty usage calculation, they do not give you receipts when they take extra money, most of the installation agents are cheaters, technicians who visit home when a complaint is raised decide the speed of internet based on Google/gmail pages, each will come up with different theory on any of your problem, lethargic in all aspects.
They do not have co-ordination between their departments. It’s a total mess-up broadband service..
