This is Saikiran from Bachupally Hyderabad, I have taken connection on day before yesterday i.e on Sunday on sunday night I accessed with my ID, from the next day I got disconnected the problem is local area connection is not available.
I called the technician he said to call customer care, I called them they hold online for 15 mins, finally they have taken complaint, gave complaint no & I received a text from tikona that they will rectify & with technician no, still I got no response from them, I called to local tikona office no. Still No one solved my problem.
Feeling very bad, while taking connection they said they solve within 2 hours after taking they said for 24 hours.
