Believe me that’s the most pathetic connection I have ever used in ghaziabad, till the time I was in noida we were using airtel broadband and that was the awesome connection and customer service I have ever used, but since the time we are using this connection we are always surrounded by N number of issues.
Connectivity, customer care is pathetic, speed is total gone ad the major issue is no-one is there to listen to your net problems. So if still people want to take this connection then take it on ur own risk.
