If there is any award for the worst internet service provider "TIKONA" will always won First prize
their net speed service and support all are totally pathetic. I pay 2500 for three months and I am not able to use it even a single day because their is no single from my house I called customer care several time every time they assign a engg and last I am end up with nothing same thing happen again and again but nothing happen then I launch a complain in consumer forum AKOSHA they really help me a lot finally my connection is disconnected and I am really happy but how TIKONA can see their customer happy so after 2 months they again send me a new bill now I have to again waste time or months how many months I really don’t know but I just want to suggest you people go for some other services like airtel and reliance.
