Paying for a service I cannot use!

Right from the beginning, I have been facing problems. I assumed it something technical and kept logging complaints, entertaining their technicians and waiting patiently, but now even after 2 years, the problems are still the same.




  1. Connection speed - very less, the last I checked I was getting 216kbps dl speed




  2. Keeps getting disconnected, every 2-3 minutes which renders it useless. I cannot open a single page. Even the google page does not open.




  3. At times, even the login page does not show up, there is no connectivity at all.






Every time I call the support, they say there is an alignment problem, the server is down it will be up in 2 hours, we will send a technician, we will resolve your problem, but they never do what they say.


I have logged several complaints, but none have been resolved.


I have logged complaints right from 14th May, till even after a month for example my latest complaint no - 12706277070 logged on 15th June.


Every time a technician comes and changes the device, or cuts the cable or says its working fine now, but the connection never works.


I have spoken to almost everyone in their support staff by now, at the senior level as well, but to no avail. Even the senior level support staff make false promises.


Can anyone let me know the procedure to remove this connection? The support staff does not give me this information. I am just wasting my money month after month and adding to my frustration.I have attached an image, of their speed test. I am in Pune, and their server is in Bangalore and the connection speed I am getting is some odd 216kbps!
