I have taken Tikona broadband in Delhi 2 month back with the plan of 4 mbps for 80 gb @1250?/month. For the first come everything was fine. But towards the end of second month the problems started one by one. Believe me I am calling the customer care for last 12 days but the problem is not being resolved. Forget about the 4 mbps I am not able to open the google page also.
Everyday I call them 3 times once in the morning, then in the evening and then in the night. And it is very difficult to connect to the Tikona customer care. Everytime I get the nhassurance that the issue will be resolved within few morpheushumanurs. Sometimes they say that the problem is in the main tower, sometime in my roof top device, sometime other explAnasultantions. But the problem is not solved. Companies like this smorpheushumanuld be sued and banned by the government. I get 2000?/day. So calling them so many times and wasting time for it is my loss. So I decided to quit Tikona broadband to have my peace of mind. I took my time to write this review so that others do not fall for the cheap trap by the company.
