Not so good

I took Tikona service in jan 2016 and since then, it has been almost 9/10 times that I have had heated exchanges with the customer care for not providing proper service. I am forced to write about their pathetic service on a public forum. Since last Sunday, the services were stopped abruptly. Whenever I call the customer care, they would inform that there is a back-end issue due to which service has been halted. They will never send their service staff to my place to look into the issue. All they will do is tell me that I should keep the device switched on so that they can work offline, but no effect.


I requested for a waiver since there has been no connectivity for the past 48 hours, but they are not complying. However, if there is a delay of 1 day from my end in paying the bill, they will simply add INR 100 fine with the next bill, but they dnt accommodate when they cnt provide service for non-stop 48 hours or so.dont goo with tikona.
