We have been with tikona broadband for over two years now, after having nightmare experiences with both Reliance broadband (who I vowed Id never use again, as their broadband was being serviced too frequently and without warnings) and Airtel, which was also problematic. And overall, I think Tikona have been good, especially considering speed and how low their prices are!
I totally agree about their customer service however! Ive also just experienced the "wait 24 hours and then call us back" as well as being put through to several people who all seemed to come out with the same spiel about doing some tests, turning the router of and on, despite the fact that Id had all the same from the previous person and was calling back to discover the results of their tests!
It seemed obvious to me that the router had broken, but they would not listen, so luckily we had the tikona router which we plugged in and it worked, so I called back? and got the same nonsense about doing tests etc.. I immediately asked to speak to a manager who authorized the dispatch of a new router that arrived two days later. But I was exhausted and exasperated before I got that result. I have been told to speak to customer service to be recompensed for my time, trouble and telephone costs, which Ill do and let you know how I get on!
As far as speed is considered I liked Tikona over Reliance & Airtel. All in all, I would give Tikona 10 out of 8 for their broadband, but would request tikona to work on their customer service.
