I write to WARN you guys against taking up a Tikona WiBro connection.I was not satisfied with my existing ISP and hence tried the NEW TIKONA WIBRO connection, I must say it has been by far the stupidest thing I have done so far.
The company promptly sent 2 smooth taking sales execs Nitesh and Ratandeep who made tall claims how great their service and customer care was, they offered a great plan and a demo. I signed on and wrote a cheque. They left promising they will have the connection up and running in 24 hrs n provided me with their cell nos to call shld I need it. I recommended them to a few friend who they visited promptly.
I kept calling TIKONA for a WEEK post that before they cld come n install My first complaint was registered on the same day! by then Both the sales execs had switched OFF their nos and disappeared.
Though I was promised a 600kbps connection which wld upgrade to 1Mbps in th nights, it takes 20 mins to log in to gmail.
I have started appreciating my 128kbps dialup connection post this.
Repeated calls only result in call centre execs tellin me how SORRY they are and how they are escalating my issue and it will be resolved within 48 hrs.
well My last complaint (no 1-185978089 ) was on 28/11/09.
and I have not see OR hear from the Tikona guys.
Oh YA! I do get daily reminders to pay my BILL.
GUYS TIKONA SUCKS SO PLEASE DO NOT BE THE FOOL I WAS.
