I have used tikona wifi broadband service for almost 6 months but seriously it is the worst wifi broadband available. I opted for a 4 mbps plan but never really got the speed promised. Internet would stop working as soon as their is rain outside, I don’t know why the device that they placed on my terrace never received signals. As the worst part is their customer care department.
Firstly they won’t pick up your phobe and in case they pick. They are not going accept their bad service quality. They are too overpriced. I suggest all of you stay away from this.
