Tikona is THE WORST ISP that I have ever come across. NOT even a single week has Tikona services been up and running without any problem.
Every week I end up calling the ALMOST illiterate Tikona care help-desk to end up just rebooting and unpluging-pluging back cables.
India should be ashamed to have such service providers providing such a shitty service to citizens here. I wish DOT and TRAI sets some basic guidelines on the availability of the service.
I wish there was a ZERO rating also available, I would have given that. STAY AWAY FROM TIKONA if you are looking for a peace of mind.! They done even allow you to disconnect.
