CHEATING AND HARASSING PEOPLE

I have never seen such a worst internet service provider company like Tikona before. The connection used to get disrupted for about 6-7 hours a day. I sent disconnection request within 14 days of taking the connection. They didn’t turn up for disconnection. Then I started calling them every now and then, and wrote mail to the nodal officer Delhi. After they sent two persons to collect the modem and all. And I gave them cheque for full and final settlement. And they handed over the receipt for full and final settlement with their Okhla office stamp.But they didn’t update my record as a disconnected user.


They kept sending me bills and threatened over SMS. I wrote numerous mails to the customer care and nodal officer, and mentioned my receipt number of full and final settlement, but who listens.


I just can’t believe how this company is still existing. Who own this company? They are cheating, harassing people. Why media is not exposing them in public?
