Worst Service, Unfair Billing Pracitices

I had previously written about how Tikona is the worst broadband service I ever used. Sick of its services I decided to discontinue from it. I had requested for disconnection on 22nd Sept 2013 for my Tikona User Id 1107419313 and have not used your services since then.


I had received confirmation regarding registration of my request on 23rd Sept 2013 and it stated " We would also like to assure that in case our efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later."


Though I had not used your services after requesting disconnection on 22nd Sept 2013, I was sent a bill of Rs. 673 for the period From 26-Sept-2013 to 25-Oct-2013. On calling the billing dept they suggested to ignore this bill as it would be waived off in the full and final settlement.


Still in my full and final settlement they have shown outstanding amount of 673 rs.I have raised it with Tikona but no response yet.


I would also like to emphasize that either their back-end dept is very incompetent as they cant calculate the full and final settlement properly or it is deliberate attempt by Tikona to harass their customers. Also such a situation would never had come if their technical dept was competent enough to provide adequate service on the first place.
