I have taken this connection in may 2012, at Mumbai I have paid them for six months 2500 Rs. after once weak it stopped working I gave more than 100 complaints verbal and written, there was no response from them. then I gave disconnection request in June 2012, but they have not acted on that. after one month I wrote to applet authority even they have not responded on that. I have started writing then daily for two months, finally I got one reply from their applet authority. they said they will disconnect the services in short period and collect the device, but this happened after three months. and now the phase is to get the refund, I have again started to write them daily. no one is responding from tikona. recently I have received mail from that they are paying 600 rs refund. this means I have spent for use less one week service 1900 Rs.
My friend has taken Tikona connection on monthly pay basis, he was getting service moderately he has given many complaints but he was continuing usage with them he has paid three months bill in regular intervals but once he went to his home town and came back, found that wire was cut and the instrument was taken away he reached Tikona, thinking it was stolen he got stunning answer that they have collected the device from his home wen he was not available wen they came to deliver the bill, that to with out intimation.
I Strongly recommend you not to take TIKONA service.
they are the worst service providers in this India, it is a family of cheaters.
their owner was once with reliance and ran away with money and started the network(as shared by tikona service persons)
I have changed my personal life to be peace full, but when I call their Customer care they create frustration with irrelevant answers and they do not have coordination between them in data management.
