Let me start with the best part of tikon 18002094276(THE SO CALLED TOLL FREE NUMBER) this is the customer care number of tikona, but when you call this number you might have to wait for more than 50 minutes may be1 hour. They have other number which is not a toll free number but as soon as u call that number you are connected to a live representative, then why do they have a toll free number, when a customer has to call customer care and has to pay for calling customer care.
Now somehow you get connected to the rep there they gave me the order number for the new installation. However today is the 5th day. I am still waiting for someone to come and install new connection seems that they don’t even need new customers, actually I would have never gone for tikona for as my isp, but dont have an option, as other isp’s are not available in this area the only option I have is to use tikona or data cards
Also tikona doesn’t have any office in Delhi Ncr region, its only or main office is in Maharashtra they handle everything from there, the people handle their work in other cities are not taking much of care .
