My User Id is 1113317099. On 6th June Tikona Area Manger and Retention Team visit my place. As per them my internet is not working because of GSM tower near to my House.
My question is from Tikona Installation team why they install internet in my house after knowing about GSM tower.It’s showing complete negligence of Installation Team of Tikona.
My internet works only for one day and after that I raised my concern in Tikona customer care on 19 May 2015 with Complaint No. 1-3493413198.I want my all money back that is Rs 2, 247.00(2 month internet charge+ installation charge.). And please dis-connect my connection ASAP.
