I installed Tikona broadband. starting 15-20 days I never face any problem. But after 20 days I face lots of problems like speed and connection disconnected. So I called customer care but that service was very bad .because 8-10 minutes I had to hold after that one executive attend my call and then I said all my problems and he said “ok madam wait a minute I will check”. And suddenly call dropped.and again I had to go in whole process for waist my time.so I thought that I will not continue this connection and I processed to discontinue. And again I entered in bad process.because connection discontinue was also a big and bad process .But finally no more Tikona in my house.
