TIKONA IS A 3RD CLASS COMPANY. THEY KNOW VERY WELL HOW TO PULL HARD EARNED MONEY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS

I had a broad band connection in the month of May, 2015 and paid in advance 3 months recurring charges. However, I realised that there is hardly any use of net, I requested Tikona Customer Care Executive to disconnect this facility in the beginning of July 2015 that is before completion of 3 months for which I had already paid the Recurring Charges.
However, I was surprised to note that they have raised a monthly bill for the month of July 2015 also, for which I had already paid in advance besides this I had requested them to disconnect the lines.
Now every month they are adding Rs.100/- in the outstanding amount toward Late Payment Charges.
Friends, I suggest never ever go for Tikona Broadband services also never suggest your friends and relatives to go for Tikona services.
