Hi I was tikona broadband service since more than 2 years. but since last mid april and in may there was constant technical issues. there engineer visited for more than 4 times at my place but the problem was still there. I was using it to trade in stock market and there were technical issues during market hours. because of this I was having many problems in my trades. I asked customer care for waiver and they told that u will get waiver u first pay the bill. Then they told that u have already used according to your plan i.e. your usage was there so no waiver will be given.
.Because of this I was fadup and I didn, t pay the bill for two months and they stopped the connection. on september 9 or 10 a lawyer from delhi called me that u pay the bill for two months otherwise legal actions will be taken and u will be called to Delhi for legal procedings. So my parents told me to pay the bill of Rs. 1300 and paid it at their Rajkot office and submitted their instruments and I have received mail that payment is done.
But still after closing my account they still generated bill of more than Rs.894. I talked to customer care they talled that it was send by mistake and u do not have to pay the bill. U will receive the mail. Still I have not received any mail and again on 30/10/2015 I received mail of bill pending. I again talked to customer care taday on 02/11/2015 and a person again talled me that u do not have to pay the bill and u will receive mail within 7 days.
Is this the right way to treat any customer.
One u are not paying any waiver and still generation bill after account was closed. I have all recordings in my phone about talk with your customer care officer regarding waiver also.
