Speed
its totally depend on your experience and my experience is not so good this time .speed falls quickly to 0.29 mbps to 0.32mbps from your existing plan ie 1 or 2 mbps plan. you cant even open page or surf videos from this speed properly .
the primary speed is fair but the secondary speed is worse .
connection
is fair but sometimes but it disconnect randomly and creates headache .
service and support
is also good but in terms of billing in terms of technical issue they say restart your router mainly
and the billing rules is out of the world they disconnect your service after adding the bill . this may be correct but for this you have to call customer care and the technical and billing department is diff so you have to contact separately . A BIG CON IS THAT THEY HAVE A WIRELESS SYSTEM WHICH HAVE ISSUES EVERY DAY
if it is working for then you are lucky
