The reliability of connection is low since the connection gets discontinued very frequently. The speed at times is very good but there is a lot of fluctuation in the speed also. Even the 10 Mbps plan is not good enough to watch Youtube smoothly. I use my mobile network instead. I am looking out for other options now. However, the customer service is very good. I have been using Tikona since 3.5 years.
