Please be cautious and dont use Tikona services

My last usage of Tikona broadband service was on 19th June 2014. Still the company has issued bills on 26th June 2014 and 26th July 2014 and again on 26th Aug 2014.


I applied for disconnection on 11th July 2014 by calling their call center no. The company executive came and collected the pending due from me on 11th July 2014. Later on company person came to my home and taken back the cables and modem. I received a call from company advocate saying they are going to file a case against me in Delhi court on 18th Aug 2014 for Amount Rs. 1400. This Invoice was raised after I have informed them for disconnection. Advocate informed me whether I want to go for out of the court settlement and asked me to do an online payment which I did for Rs. 1400. She assured me about giving me a NOC from the company. Which I haven’t received Again on 26th Aug 2014 company has raised an invoice.


This company is a big cheat or they are so much unorganized that information given to their call center about non usage and stopping the service didn’t got into their accounts.And company keeps generating Invoices without customer using their services and even after disconnection of their devices.


Please do not fall for their advertisement.
