It is very strange that TIKONA has so many positive reviews. Ive been using this ISP since June 2014 and have been continuously raising complaints on monthly basis. Even when the problem is resolved you will not get the speed you are paying for. You will have to compromise somewhere, either you will get 200 KBPS speed when you are paying for 4 MBPS or the whole system wont work! These people are daylight robbers and will keep you bugging 10 times a day with their lousy IVR about bill payments and are in contrast the most lethargic to adhere to any complaints. This is the plight I have been facing since my connection. When you call customer care and ask for disconnection they will give you false promises of resolving problem the same day by sending an engineer but their day never ends. All your time and efforts go in vain. Without the issue being resolved, one receives an SMS saying that it has been resolved. When you talk to the Customer care, their age old excuse oftower not working comes up and you end up surfing nothing.
My Internet has completely stopped working since past 2 weeks; Ive raised about 20 complaints till now and none have been resolved nor have any of their engineers given a visit. Their engineers are the most rude, torpid, indolent, languid, and uncivil people. Even if the customer support assign you engineers they never turn up and even dont answer your calls.
Please beware of the faulty and misleading promises this isp makes. Their demo might be good, but once youll install, youll suffer!
If I had an option to rate this ISP in negative, I would have certainly done that.
