I am another victim of Tikona. Got a connection in 2012 and had been feeling depressed since then. But after almost Two years. I got it disconnected after a month of listening to their non sense. I never used their Internet since. Even the customer care personnel had confirmed it and told me that I had no dues . They had at the time of connection, promised to refund INR 1500/- after disconnection. But They were refusing to refund. So I didn’t let them grab the modem.
After that I got several mails and Calls. Now today. May 18, 2015. Someone called me declaring herself’Manisha singh’ a lawyer from Tis Hazari Court. And told me to settle the dispute pay the bills. Otherwise Tikona is filing a case in the Court today. I am in the middle of my 1st year exams of Us. and They are torturing me mentally. At the time of disconnection I was writing my half yearly exams and did bad due to their mental Harrasment. Please help me. And provide me your no. If possible so I can Directly Consult you coz this is a mere extracts of my experiences with Tikona. And I can’t describe in writing the whole torturing process practiced by Tikona?

Can I opt for Civil as well as consumer Court? And Demand for the compensation as I have gone through a lot of tention and pressure because of them
