Let me tell everyone here that I had literally gone through mental harassment dealing with Tikona when I got their connection. Connection was extremely poor, slow and disconnected frequently. company is full of liars, lazy bums and incompetent losers. I had to get the connection disconnected in a week as I was really frustrated with interactions with Tikona team. Nobody seems to take responsibility and they just make you go round and round in circles.
Now when selling a connection they collect the cheque then and there but it has been close to two months since disconnection and no sign of refund or follow up from team tikona. And when you call regarding the same they again just keep pushing the matter with more lies. Ex: two weeks back(when I had called them mind you), I was told a week and now they tell me well get in touch about the status in 3 days. still no date given. I have several mails including the ones to their customer care head, who never bothered to respond back himself even after witnessing the continuous harassment and I also have call recordings with various members on their team, to support what I am saying.
If you hear these recordings youll learn how frustrating it could get to deal with a scam company such as Tikona. I cant understand for the life of me what kind of greed pushes people to lie to and scam their own countrymen, people they live among. Anyone who can guide me how to take things forward legally please feel free to contact. I have all mails, messages, screenshots and call recordings in place. two of the names I had dealt with and who did nothing to help are Manoj Yadav and Atul(area head). And there are others who equally did nothing.

And please I urge you for the sake of a better future of consumers in India do not support a company such as Tikona. Stand for your rights and make sure you get what you deserve. Dont empower scam companies such as Tiona. Crush them.
