Bill Continued Even After Disconnection 3200 INR

Worst customer service though after paying a lot. Recently I moved out of Mumbai towards Kolhapur where Tikona don’t have a service I made a disconnection request already before leaving. The customer care dint care about disconnection and generated 1st bill of 1600 INR.


I called customer support they said, that they called me in between and I agreed to continue service which never happened they lied clearly since no one was at home so why I would have continued the service? I forwarded screen shots of all emails for regarding disconnection service bill payment everything but no reply! I made a complain against it via email again no reply.


Now great 2nd month bill generated total amount to be paid 3200 great! Now as I did not pay after 30 days of notification of bill I got a case filed against me! saying that if you don’t pay within 3 HOURS you will have to face court and bla bla bla...


Okay since I don’t want to get into any cases and such things for 3200 INR simply I paid the amount and requested them to send me the details of all my billing via email, and also details regarding my disconnection service why was it not processed and why my complaints went unattended?


Okay now I moved against them in consumer court lets see what happens! But the way they deal is worst and non-sense customer cares..
