I checked for contact numbers of ISP’s on JustDail and I received call from Tikona executive. I requested him to come to my home and fix the connection.
The executive came on the first day and he only fixed modem on the roof. He was not getting proper signal.
He said that he will come on next day and left. He directly came after three days and till that day wires and all the stuffs were kept at my home. I also bought new Wifi router spending my 1200 rupees as the executive innitially said that surely he will provide coonection. On the third day he again tried to fix connection and failed to do that. Now I dont have internet connection and I can’t use the router as well. Very worst service from Tikona.
