I opted for Tikona Wifi in april because of it’s cheap prices but I was completely wrong in doing so. I first called them to setup the connection they registered my request and their engineer came after 4 days. He setup the connection and finally my broadband was started 2 days after it was setup as there were lots of verification that you have to do which might be confusing for some users.
First of all never purchase routers from them as they gave me router for ?1200 whose market price was only ?800. So they started cheating from beginning only.
It worked fine for first 15-20 days but after that problems started coming. The Internet gets automatically disconnected for 2-10 hours although there is good network coverage in Greater Noida . When I called the customer care they took 10-15 mins to respond the call so my time was also wasted. They always say that they have resolved the issue but after 1-2 days the same problem starts coming. Condition became worst during rains or storms because at that there would be no Internet connection.
I was never able to perform my important task because at the time when I needed the Internet their would be no connectivity.
I don’t recommend using Tikona go for Airtel or any other but not Tikona.
