Worst customer service I ever seen till today.

I am trying to reach to customer care, Toll free not working, if I am calling on 022-6145 7900 or 022-6174 9700.

Only computer generated voice, when I am waiting for connecting, after wasting 8 min or 10 min they telling "our representative will contact you" but when! they will contact me. Almost 15 days over.

I want to change my plan, But it worst customer service I ever seen till today date. I was consumer of almost 80% of ISP, but this is worst customer service. never recommended this type of service to anyone. its totally pathetic.
