Tikona internet service is the worst

This is the worst service.my internet is not working from last 2 months and the customer just says it will start within 24hrs every time I call.


I have called the customer several times but its of no use they all give the same answer.i have even spoken to senior person in the customer care with the name mahindra and mahesh they promised that it was wrong what is happening and they will look into the matter and respond to me but till now they is no response.


This is my second connection my previous connection was installed in the month of feb 2010 it just worked for 15 days and than stopped.


I kept calling the customer care at that time also and after 3 months they said take anew connection.later in july I took this connection and still face the same problem.


Although the network has improved but the customer care is the same.

they told me do a payment of 800 and your service will start within 6hrs I did it and I am waiting after the payment from 1 month 2 days.


They say that there is some technical fault in our system.as according to them the payment has been recieved by them on 18th october 2010 but still the service is having problem.

P.S - I REQUEST EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOTWASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE.THEY ARE CHEATERS.
