Bad Services in the name of Trust

I am your Customer using the Bad and Slow Services of Tikona, you are publish a very good brand value all across the advertise in TV & all commercial ad, I want to highlight my experience with Tikona Broadband that currently I am using in my House.


While taking this connection from the Sales Person of Tikona he himself committed that the speed of this connection is far much batter other then Airtel, Sify, Reliance and other service provider, but all his word’s going in to the deep .(Sorry to written this kind of Word) but no one help me out where I resolve the same I called up the sales person who deliver the same to me but now he is ignore my call’s also the same goes to your customer care team all the people committed that wait some time you will not face the problem.


They people also committed that they have installed the WI FI in 3 Days in my Billing Address, but till now I just keep waiting for the things to be happen, if this kind of services has tikona given I publish that story to Times of India, currently one of my friend working in the same company now I want all the thing work on proper way or otherwise you refund all my money to me and close the matter.
