I am using tikona broadband in Jaipur from last 5 months, and out of these 5 months it worked for only 40-45 days. Their repair guys generally comes after 15 days from the date of complaint (though they promise that the repairs will be done on very next day) and is never able to detect the problem on the first day.
After the repairs my internet works for a week or two and then again back to square one. And now after repeated complaints the situation is that they don’t come at all, for the repairs.
I had paid 6 months advance rental and that was my biggest mistake. I made a complaint with TRAI few days back, and yesterday tikona’s repair guy arrived for repairs. I told him that I don’t want their service any more and that I am looking for a full refund.
Long story cut short, NEVER go for Tikona in your life or prepare for high blood pressure and frustration. I personally believe, that no body in this company is serious about business.
