I had taken a plan for 3 months of 2 mbps unlimited and they told me there were no speed downgrades so I choose tikona.
other wise I would have choose airtel broadband
i got 2 mbps speed for 1 month and after 1 month now im getting like 500 kbps
i called customer care and they told me that I have entered into secondary speed
i asked what about no speed downgrades so she replied saying that there are speed downgrade after the given fup
what a big lairs
so I have decided to file a complain in consumer court
there are making us fools
