MR. NAIR, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!. Let me start by informing you that you and your team is the most inefficient people I have come across in my life. I CHALLENGE YOU TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE w.r.t. the complaints I have raised since 09/09/2013.
It was resolved temporarily but came back again 18/11/2013 I have raised complaints almost on daily basis, but there is no resolution achieved. Every time I call, your customer service agents and supervisors claim that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours and I am getting same crap since 18/11/2013. If you, your team and your company have even a bit of shame you should shut your company down and learn from others how to run a business. Or else resolve my issue at once.
I have sent you mail previously also, but you and your team is equally inefficient. How are you able to sleep at night or eat food by conning innocent people like us who finance everything for you right from your AC office and car to the food you and your family eat. If you have even a bit of shame call me yourself and then you will come to know what I am going through. I know that you are shameless and you will make one of your inefficient team members call me. I again CHALLENGE YOU TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IF ARE GOOD ENOUGH! OR ELSE QUIT YOUR JOB MR. NAIR!
