Harassment by Tikona Executives

Hi Sir/Madam,


My name is Vinod Aggarwal with Customer ID:1114558889 and Account No:126227398.


As per my mail in January, 2016 I decided to shift from Tikona to use another service provider. This mail is to bring to your notice, since then Tikona has harassed me and I am very upset now. I would like to address some issues and clear any kind of misunderstanding once and for all:


In the month of January, when I decided to leave Tikona I was asked to pay for an extra month of Internet usage which we thought we would pay as we didn’t want to complicate things an end things in a good note.


January onwards, no executive came to pick up the modem even after we had surrendered the service


In the month of March-April, we were told that we were using Tikona service while it was shut as per our understanding. When we inquired the MB usage, we were not provided any details


The Bill which was sent to us was INR 9, 000 and we were shocked to see the bill. We had no usage and we were asked to pay


Then, the calls started and it was very harassing. Executives were asking us to pay. The way they spoke to us was not correct on the first hand.


We then, got calls from Lawyers representing Tikona. We didnt want to get into a legal tussle and thus as per what he told us we paid INR 6, 200 as a full and final payment.


Even after paying for what was not correct, we got calls even after threatening us for an arrest. Please give us the details for the bill amount of ink 9000. if it is correct I will pay it. If it is not correct I need the refund of the iNR 6.2K given to us. Also, I would not like any one to harass me further. We are from a respectful society and this kind of behaviour is not acceptable
