Best speed and good connectivity.

I am from Chennai. I took the connection on August 2013 my plan is 1 Mbps. Till now I am getting download speed of up to 150 Kbps. Sometimes I faced disconnection but it will automatically ok. I called them on one Friday and they came and installed in two days. From that day onward I am getting good connectivity and very high speed connection.
