I contacted tikona in the month of May for new connection. The moment I entered the contact details, someone called me from the sales team and told me that they can provide the connection in two days. He also said the service is available in my area and I dont have to worry. He told me to make the payment by Cash for faster processing. I made the payment and after five days only, the engineer came to my place just the find out that there is not Tikona network available in my area. He said the money will be refunded to me soon. I then contacted the customer service many times to send the money in my name.
I told them to send the cheque in my complete name and not just in first name and last name like how they take it in their system. I even sent scan copy of my Voter ID Card for reference. They sent the cheque in my wrong name. I was very very pissed. I told them to send me a new cheque in my right name. Someone from the customer service told me to courier back the return cheque. I couriered it on the 26st of July through Bluedart. I spent RS 310 to get back RS 3000. I got a message also that the cheque has been delivered to them. Today is the 16th of July and no one has responded to my mail or no has has updated me on anything an I dont if I will ever get my money back. I’m glad that there is no network in my area an I didn’t take their service. I will tell all my people not to ever go for Tikona Service.
