My Tikona id - 115 166 713. Everything was going fine till the time I applied for a discontinuation of service. Since I am relocating to a city where Tikona service is not available, I requested for discontinuing the service.
I sent a mail on 18 July following which there were 3 calls that I got from Tikona customer care. Everyone asked me the same question - Why do you want to disconnect, and I had the same answer everytime. Each time, the person told me that I would get a call from the technician in 2 days for collecting the instrument.
Today, it is 1 Aug and I have not received a single call from the technician. I have sent 2 reminders over email as well. I never had any complaints with Tikona prior to this, but now I am fed up. Also after reading the other reviews, I can now understand why this kind of service.
Even after 15 days of raising a request, there is no action.
