Biggest mistake of my life that I switched to Tikona Wifi Broadband Service. In the first of the connection it was working fine, then afterwards it started and you can’t chase their customer support officer in once go.
After the Engineer visit from TIKONA it never worked fine, I called several times approx 100 calls in 15-20days but they only consoled that it would be fixed and the next engineer came after 20days but he was also unable to fix the issue.
I sent the request for Disconnection, and that where they started showing their true colors, I started getting bills even after the disconnection, But it din’t end here, Total bill amount was of 1400. I was promised that once I pay the amount my internet connection would be fixed. So I paid the bill of 1400 next engineer came did something still not working, So now, my area has been declared Out of Coverage range, and again a new bill is generated of Rs500. So, as they cannot ask this amount directly they have setup a collection team which commits that they are calling from Delhi High Court or they will file a case on me for not paying TIKONA’s money.
