I have been using tikona for 8 months now.I was a grieved customer of mtnl earlier.With thought of getting better connection and service.i switched to tikona
Its been a horrible experience. Poor speed. Most irritating factor is frequent disconnections. sometimes for every 10 or 15second.
Customer care is not of much help. Sometimes(once in a blue moon), it works nicely. otherwise same old story. So beware of taking tikona.unless u dont have any other option. Soon I am goona get spectranet. Lets c, how it wud behave! will update u once I get it.
