I had very poor experience with Tikona in the past but still had to go for Tikona as in my area there is no other option available so I am badly stuck and unfortunately have to use Tikona till we get some other local/branded broadband service in our area.
The customer service is the worst of all. You will never able to get them when they know there is a problem going on they will keep you on waiting and the wait never ends. you feel helpless when you need it most and they are just playing around. Even when you manage to get them through other options they will not take your request and ask you to talk to CC. My package was finished 4 days before the due date and I was on secondary plan which was very worse so I thought to recharge it just for 4 days and use it. But since I have made the payment it seems they don’t want me to take the benefit of it and it is worse than the secondary plan now. keep refreshing the page. I would strongly recommend never ever go for Tikona. We all need to teach them a strong lesson so they do better but being in this industry since past more than 10yrs they are still the same. Never go for tikona rather have local broadband atleast you can hold someone if your net is not working rather being helpless with Tikona. BIG NO NO NO NO NO to Tikona Broadband. If you want a better peaceful life go for other than TIKONA. Due to language restriction I am not able to express my 100% feelings for them else the website would have BEEPED them all here. Even my this post may reach to Tikona’s big officer but he will also laugh on this as this is what for they have entered in this industry. Save your life by saying NO TO TIKONA.
